Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your hand-knit dolls as much as we loved making them. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns and exchanges on all items in their original, unwashed condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

• 3.
  Package Your Cuddles

  Place the unwashed dolls with their original tags attached into the shipping box and securely attach the provided return label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the nearest carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
