Every doll is handcrafted by incredible artisans in Peru using high-quality, sustainable cotton. For every doll purchased, we provide 10 meals to children in need around the world.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days within the continental United States. International shipping times vary by location but generally range from 10-21 business days.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your doll in its original, unwashed condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Are the dolls safe for newborns?
Yes, our dolls are safety certified and meet or exceed US and Canadian safety standards. They are made with non-toxic materials and are safe for children of all ages.
How should I clean my doll?
To preserve the quality of the hand-knitted cotton, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth. For a deeper clean, hand wash in cold water with mild detergent and lay flat to dry.
